The naval museum of the Northern Fleet was opened on the 16th of 1946 in the premise of garrison Officers’ club. Materials which show the history of the Northern fleet from the establishment till our days are set forth in the museum exhibit which is placed in 10 rooms with a total area of 1200 ì2. In holdings of the museum there are more than 65 thousand units of showpieces: the collection of ship models, things, which belonged to fleet public figures, photo materials and documents, maps, works of visual art. |
